If you have Netflix, Singaporean and Malaysian dramas often feature strong, independent women. Some of my favorites are "The Liar", "Unriddle", "Breakout", and "Persona".

Love your response to these prospects! To piggyback on your post, every man who's ever brought up being ghosted has in turn ghosted me. Didn't matter how long we'd been dating, 3 weeks or 3 months. A man bringing up having been ghosted on the first date is 100% a red flag. ETA: these men also, unprompted, made a huge deal about how they would NEVER ghost.

And buy a weighted blanket if you're craving human interaction, it simulates a hug! Sheltered Co has fantastic open weave blankets that are great for summer, especially ones containing rayon.

I had arguments with a LVM ex over holding hands! He was much taller than me so my wrist cramped when we held hands the way he preferred. Absolutely ridiculous that I had to fight to be comfortable when holding hands.

Thank you so much for this. My last LVM ex actually wrote in his last text to me that he was "seething with anger" at me. Absolute chills. He was so emotionally abusive (hot and cold, sudden disappearances) after the mask slipped, and it was a total mind fuck. Thankfully I knew it was his problem, not mine, even though being treated like that always feels terrible. I blocked him a few weeks after that.

"That h* over there" is what my ZVM ex told me. Men always tell on themselves.

You could try Lynx Sportswear! The owner/founder is a (former?) marathon runner and she is petite full busted.

Yes, and neither does JK Rowling (I didn't tell them in the moment but I took it as a red flag)

I ask men who their 5 favorite female authors are, or, if they can't answer that, what their top 5 books by female authors are. It's amazing how many can't answer or get angry at me.

She has a few moments of self-awareness throughout the article that she might regret this, she might be getting manipulated, but she's in too deep (opportunity cost) to be honest with herself and admit that she blew up her career and marriage for a pipe dream of a book deal and a pseudo life partnership with the most hated man in America. It hurt to read - she's literally lying to herself at the end after he sends the "Mr Shkreli wishes Ms Smythe the best in her future endeavors" message via the…
