Yes. I used to read and internalise things from the RPW sub but something just didn't quite sit right with me. Putting men above your well-being just lets them walk all over you.

Becoming the kind of man she wants to marry, while turning off those exact kinds of men.

Yet another example of a woman thinking that displaying the qualities she looks for in a man will get her the man she wants. She's reduced her potential mate pool drastically because due to hypergamy, she isn't gonna settle for less. Newsflash for you, lady - men don't want us to be their competitors. Stop sleeping around and tone down the self-praise. It's so unattractive.

No fucking wonder she's still single.

I think you need to read the RPW thread about 'the man who won't work'. I appreciate that your man does have a job but it's a dead end one and the excuses he's giving are typical of a man who won't take responsibility and will essentially end up making you his mother.

This guy has no career goals, lets his parents do everything for him and has no tangible plans to turn this around? Girl, do NOT move in with him. You are wasting valuable time with someone who will end up being a millstone around your neck.

Sorry for replying to this so late - I've only just seen this comment. I would say that the concept of being 'red-pilled' can apply to women, but not in the same way as it would to men. I can only speak from my own experience, but in my view a woman in the process of being red-pilled comes to the realisation that feminism in its current form is damaging to both men and women. Many women are sold the idea of 'having it all' - a high-flying career, alpha husband and sweet children. I would say tha…

Are you MAN ENOUGH to pay for my kids?!

I see too many women around me make shitty choices with men, keeping children they have no ability to support by themselves and roping in Billy Betas to pay for their fuck trophies. Alternatively, in the UK it's far too easy to rely on Daddy Benefits State and drag up children without strong father figures. Drives me bananas.

Looking through her comment history I see someone who utterly refuses to work on becoming more attractive to the men she wants to date. In fact she even self-sabotages (see a comment where she admitted shaving half of her head to piss off men). She's grossly overweight, has no job but plenty of attitude problems. There is absolutely nothing there that would be attractive to a high quality man. She is in no position to be making any demands, nor to be condescending to those who swipe right on her…

To be fair, none of these are especially controversial (except for the demand to be pampered). They are characteristics of high value males who have their shit together. What I have a problem with is that she says absolutely sod all about what she has to offer to a man that's of any value other than being a complete bitch.

I'm so sorry... but the way I see this, his reactions show that he doesn't want to marry you or for you to have his children. He has reacted negatively every time you've brought up getting married to him or having his children, but he's perfectly fine talking about 'his' hypothetical and 'your' hypothetical children. This doesn't mean that these hypothetical children belong to both of you.

I believe you've made some very astute observations here!

I certainly don't disagree that 1.5 years is short for many people, but it's his extreme reaction I'm going by. What I'm honing in on is that rather than take a reasonable approach to her timeline ("I'm not ready yet, but I think I will be in x years") he's gone from 0-60 and quite cruelly 'punished' her by stating he'll now put it off for several more years. I think that this behaviour is more indicative of his disinterest in marrying OP than the length of the relationship.

To me it's a red flag that he exploded and wants to "put it off for several more years" simply because you asked about it. He's emotionally manipulative and doesn't want to marry you. A man who sees himself marrying you in the future would calmly respond and inform you that he's not thinking about marriage for the time being without punishing you for asking about it.

My SO and I cook together nearly every day (unless one of us has extra work to do at home, in which case the other will pick up the slack. He has been particularly marvellous for this in the last few weeks). We talk a lot about food and the things we'd like to make. We natually adopt the roles of 'chef' and 'assistant chef' so we're not both overly managing the cooking process. It definitely helps that one of us cleans up as we go along. Whilst we're cooking we use the time to talk and often pas…

The problem with this relationship is that you are doing all the hard work of being the homemaker AND financial provider. The man won't even create his own lesson plans, for God's sake, and throws tantrums at you for the slightest thing. You are essentially being his mother.

I would say "poor lad", but to be honest he handled that very well considering there were cameras watching their every move. If only he had the confidence to be more assertive. She, on the other hand, is an embarrassment to us all and would do well to think about what SHE can bring to the table. Given her behaviour, I would guess that she feels having breasts and a vagina are enough for her to be given the world on a plate. Sorry love, but that's not enough.

I'm going to chip in here as another Asian woman who was previously against the idea of cohabitation before engagement or marriage. I met my Captain less than a year ago and instantly realised there was something different about him. He had played the field for about a decade and wasn't looking for a relationship, but within days he decided it was what he wanted with me. We lived some distance apart and couldn't stand being away from each other, so we moved in together less than 6 months into th…

No no no no no. Your husband is not red pill in the slightest and has no understanding of what it takes to be so. Instead of being a strong, courageous and kind leader, he raped you and is trying to put you in your place by making you do all the house work and hold down your bread-winning job while he does sod all. Please leave him. You can do so much better than this pathetic excuse of a man.

M is not your friend. She is jealous that you have what she longs for. She is saying these things in an attempt to make you question your relationship and ruin your marriage. Don't fall for it, and stop supporting someone who is so toxic.

Preach. Every day I remind myself why I am lucky to have my man and do not begrudge him home-cooked meals, tenderness and praise for his leadership. I find this sub to be very interesting. Sometimes the truth about women can sting, but it's better to be aware of it and work to become better.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
