This is actually very reasonable and op should screenshot what I have sent him and post it . I have sent him trauma ressources like integralguide to well being ,jay earley book and refered him to trauma subreddit . And obviously not engage any further ,because anyone who asks for further interaction or questions isn't someone to be trusted op . Op ,reminder to never interact further with anyone (including myself ) on the internet .

Personally ,I recommend getting on the root cause of your bad self esteem . When did you start not feeling good enough ,I personally believe people who fall for doom beliefs are already predisposed to experiences that made feel unworthy ,it could be early bad experiences ,bullying ,perhaps shot childhood or feeling unloved early on . Then I personally believe the way to tackle the insecurity and doom mindset is to tackle to root cause and that is your unresolved trauma . I personally suggest EMDR and ifs but check your inbox ,I will send you some free ressources in case you can't afford therapy .

I would advice if you kept your identity a secret in this interview .
