| 3 | Can someone in the comments explain how this works?Stuff like this is extremely sexist, not just against men, but against women. If both the man and the woman are drunk, but it's the man who's responsible and is a rapist, it's basically saying, "Men are strong and responsible enough to handle alcohol and make decisions well enough to be accountable when they're drunk.
