I recommend watching this video. Don't be put off by the length. Just watch it. It becomes more relevant to what you are asking at 7:30 through 9:30. If you don't want to watch it all, at least the 2 minutes I just mentioned.

Never heard of him, but I really do suggest RSD. The "Natural Game" that they teach seems to be the best for me. Everyone has their own way, so you can check each one you find and see which fits more with your style.

Don't swipe on literally every profile that shows up. Check the profile to see if anything is sketchy, if not, go ahead and like. It takes a bit more time, but if you really mind spambots, then just quickly check. I haven't used tinder in some time, but I guess if I were using it now and were trying to practice text game by trying to get as many matches as possible, I wouldn't really mind getting matches with spambots and as soon as I notice it's spam, I would just unmatch.

Although it isn't the best setup, if I were to start recording myself, I would probably start with my earphones and record on my cel. Wouldn't have to have both earphones on to talk to the girl, just the one which is closer to the mic. If I were to want something better, I would then search on google.

Work on Inner Game. Do as much CA as possible, any girl you see, you don't need to feel an attraction to her, all you want is to practice. You don't need to get her phone number if you don't feel attraction, nor do you have to makeout/fuck. I don't know if you intend to stay in your shithole city for the rest of your life, but if not, then when you leave or when you travel, you will already have a strong foundation.

You don't really have to approach x number of women every day. Unless you are trying to discipline yourself in a way or whatever, but what I recomend is approaching any women you see. This way you can train your brain to feel comfortable approaching woman. By approaching any women, be them a 3 or a 10, eventually it'll become natural, so to speak. Exactly. It's a long term process. Just like going to the gym to build muscles. In the beginning it's going to suck, hurt and make you feel just plain bad, but with time you start to see some results and you get happy about that, which makes you dedicate yourself even more. You can't build the mentality without being rejected and feeling bad some times. Same way as you can't build muscles without exercising. In the end, you just have to approach anyone. Be them an HB4 or an HB10.
