1	Why can’t philanthropists like Melinda Gates put their (husband's) billions to work helping human beings in trouble, without regard to their gender? The Gates' aren't paying it, the U.S. taxpayers (the majority who are men) will be paying for it. How many men are suffering out of work? Anyway, there are a couple of ideas being floated, see links be below. I'm for helping everyone, not just moms and only for a limited time. I just can see people getting the money and not using it for school, or training, but squandering it.
