If you have the talent or patience to learn, custom woodworking might be nice. There's something incredibly satisfying about spending hours upon hours to create something from essentially nothing. Plus you can walk into your shop, crank some tunes, and be alone for 10 hours making something you can be proud of. Pretty high startup costs for good equipment, however.
