I would say if its Not more than 10 years +- its fine for both genders. But more than years is weird (if the woman is older). Tho I noticed if the woman is farily okay looking and doesnt Look MUCH older, its acceptable even with larger gaps. But I also know many people who think old men who look very old as gross seeing them with young women. Some men do look fine. Its kinds the "ugly shaming".
