It seems you have some experience, so ask her out and if you 2 do get in a relationship, then do your best and respect her pacing, wishes and whatever else. You should help from time to time, but rushing things in your direction won't be good (been there). Don't get me wrong, it's a weird experience, but it's rewarding as well.
