2	I think I've got issues inside me, but I don't know what it is It's very simple, it's called Chronic breathing. I learned it from Julien's Mastery programme, how-ever there's also a free RSD video on meditation(3 hours long) and they do a similar approach. Basicly the pattern is roughly as following You breath in through your diaphragma for 7 seconds, hold it for 3, let it out for 7 seconds, hold it for 3... then breath normally.
