I love what you wrote. What is the book title you mention at the beginning?

Yes 100% agree. I compromised on attraction and it didn't work. You just can't force anything when it comes to a romantic relationship. I am now single at 48 but I promise myself it will need to be head, heart and body all in alignment. Not perfection, just perfect for me.

I really feel for you!. Good on you! Your mother is showing no respect for your decisions. I would just get on with your life and find the support that you need. Perhaps find something you do connect on, it could be something little and focus on that. Acceptance of each others point of views might come over time.

Yeh I love this! My mind is full of all the kind things my Dad has done for me over the years. He went and cleaned my car inside and out for me when I last visited my parents. I also appreciate my ex husband continuing to make monetary contributions to my daughter's expenses.

John grey does alot of teaching on what behaviors stimulate female hormones. I find his work really helpful. Have a look at his YouTube, he does free weekly Facebook lives where he covers this topic.

I enjoyed your list! Thank you. Yeh good idea to watch the Harvey karp technique, and so exciting that you teach these to new parents.

'Happiest baby on the block' by Harvey karp is great for understanding infant care. 'What mother's do' is a beautiful book, when you need encouragement as a mother. The rest the baby teaches you if you observe listen and make time. All the best!

Be glad of the compliment I say. But if it's bothering you so much change what you don't like about your life or yourself. Sounds like you need to take it easy!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
