Generally speaking only ways to prevent or end pregnancy were spoken of. I come from a mormon background so having babies was always viewed as something positive, but outside my small LDS enclave all my friends parents pretty much threatened them with banishment If they had kids before 30. Young mom's are always pity cases. Like, oh that poor girl threw her life away.

The hair thing bothers me too. The best way I've heard it described (by a guy) is "women can look pretty, even beautiful with short hair, but in the same way that flowers look pretty or a painting is beautiful; beautiful and I don't want to have sex with it." Don't know if I can explain this well. I think for most people Capri length is a no go. I have seen them go wrong more often than right. If shorts or skirts are an option I would choose those first. Shorts of nearly any cut or length are a bad choice for me, and there are occasions when skirts aren't appropriate. Yep, that's the site! I'm just starting with sewing, so far I have only done really simple projects but the thought of having custom made clothes in the future is enticing enough to keep going. I have to admit I am fortunate enough to have a former seamstress for a mother in law which is helpful. The best tip I've learned so far though is simply to get in there and do it, the first few things I made were pretty wonky but I'm getting better :)

I love those ladies! I have to say I naturally gravitated towards cuts and colors that work for me. I have a long torso with short limbs. Hmmm, Ron Swanson was the first name that popped into my head as well. My SO can farm, hunt, build and fix. Watching him rewire our house gets me all hot and bothered. I like money, it can do A LOT for you. But at some level it's codependent. If you have money but few hands on skills you will always require someone else to be there for you to take your money and trust they are not screwing you over. Viva la self sufficiency!

I am mostly here for RP, but will follow the rabbit hole down other threads on the front. While it does not involve the gym set you own the best intro to weights for women I have seen (for me at least) has been The Firm series. They use hand weights and lots of squats.
