“Maternity” == mother.

“I think paternity/maternity tests should be done on all newborns.” Isnt maternity testing already 100% enforced and established both during a pregnancy AND the childbirth?

Exactly. “Unfair” isnt always “unlawful”. Sometimes its people just refusing to do what isnt required simply because “dislike” or seeing things which arent there but reasonably “could be”. “Heres why it looks to [us] like the person cheated on that exam”.

Idk about Islam. That said, many Christian women believe in submission to their husbands. I wonder how much of this loneliness “epidemic” is, in part at least, the result of downplaying religion over the last 2-3 decades.

You do realize you were holding a govt spying device in your hands as you typed about privacy?

“Also, there are plenty of men willing to fight/die for women.” Given the right circumstances, I suspect the number likely would be found, nestled securely, somewhere well within the realm above “majority”. That said, if the only reason to be f/k/d for another is so that they may turn on one the moment the battle is ended, I should hope it to become apparent before the first shot fired.

Supremacy only has long term benefit to those willing to fight/kill/die for it. (winning the fights, also, is a necessary outcome). 😂😂

Of course not. Because men who have poor experiences with women are obviously the problem. 🙄 /s (because… Reddit)

Well, yeah, and…? The irony that you’re telling the person who typed out the stats to answer your question isn’t wasted humor. What isn’t funny however is the frequent insinuation (oft directly stated, as well), that the entirety of this topic seems to drag along with it, that women are at somehow greater risk of violence despite that facts clearly illustrate the opposite. Everyone is at risk because predators exist and seek easy targets. But that isn’t new. “Don’t go out late/alone, stay with p…

I didn’t read far enough into specifically who was victimized by whom. However, >90% of perpetrators were men.

Lashing out with verbal/physical abuse when one has been rejected is a trait not at all exclusive to men. The labels of entitlement are deserving. Likewise, while women (generally speaking) may believe they are effectively using non-verbal communication to signal lack of interest in being approached, they wouldn’t be getting approached if that were true. We all communicate a little bit differently, but rather than teaching both sides how to do so more effectively, somehow it’s on a man to correc…

And yet, victims of violent crime (in the US) are as often or more often, men. Globally that isn’t the case. 2021, intentional homicide victims, men:women, were >4:1.

“Dude, stop over thinking. You were at the wedding.” Because the alternative is waking up to stare down the fact that, for the last decade, all one has invested, time, effort, forgiveness, self-control, whatever, has been for naught. Then what? Id suspect the overwhelming majority of people just aren’t ready for that type of existential realization. “Mid-life crisis”, anyone? Id give credit but I can’t remember who/where it was that I heard it; “[Women] don’t talk to your husband about your weig…

I once left my drink (pint of Guinness) unattended in a crowded bar. It was my turn at the table, I didnt have a shot, so I gave it a try and went back to my table. Gone maybe 60 seconds? In that time, someone deposited a cigarette into my glass.🤢 No one in my group was a smoker. No one should leave their drink unattended, ever. There’s no reason to.

“… is whether you are entitled to ask…” Of course you are! We each are entitled to ask for anything we want and from anyone we choose.

Fair point to be sure. Do they not have diminished and/or atypical responses to fear tho? That sounds like a recipe for a very very bad shit sandwich lol

“…through guilt, shame or fear.” One would think empathy, humility, sympathy, generosity, etc would be more positive ways to accomplish the same.

One cannot “unspeak” that which has been spoken. One cannot “unhear“ that which has been heard. And one cannot “unsee” that which has been seen. Do yourself a favor, triple- and quadruple-down if need be, but never ever doubt what you’ve stated here!!
