The only point I'm here to argue is that taking risks is always better than playing it safe. it lends a more fulfilling life

not blindly and not out of the blue. although even that could work in the right setting. but the reward is worth the pain if it works out. i understand it's not for everyone

no. not in the hopes of getting my dick wet. but in the hopes of finding love and intimacy if that's what I would like with a certain person. because why not be honest

well i still got shelved for being emotionally available. so I'm with you on this one. better to err on the safe side and be stoic. or the take the other person's advice and let that be YOUR shit test. but to answer your question, i really believe they do this to weed out emotional men. and like someone here said, emotional men are weak men. The women that accepted my emotional side tended to have a more aggressive/masculine energy. it all kind of makes sense

haha. good timing. was told I'm too emotional at the end of my first date. i don't complain, but i do say what i feel when i feel it. but never thought this is cause for rejection

yah dude. real life doesn't happen on reddit. it happens in the field. 2nd, ask yourself, if you were a girl of the type you like, would you be sexually attracated to a guy like you? if no, become that guy and yes it will take time but that is the only option

i mean he mentioned he's autistic. it's unfortunate and most we can do is hope for the best for this person and not engage with their delusions

i have a feeling that people will do anything to avoid a boring relationship.. such as choosing an abusive one

just signed up for reddit to see if there are others out there who feel like me and i see your post and relate much. I don't have the answers. and i don't think much blame can be put on the pickup movement. they fill a void in us young men that was there before. that void is that we feel lost. the only lesson i wish i kept from the pickup movement is that it is possible and ok to approach a stranger and express interest. i wish i could unlearn everything else. self esteem fucked now. is work wit…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
