If she is the one that dropped the charges, advocating that she is immediately a criminal without charges being brought against her (not saying she isn't or shouldn't have charges brought against her) could be seen as a reason NOT to drop false charges for future cases where someone reverses course. Would be kinda like telling a bank robber who wants to give up that they're going to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law & possibly shot if they give up hostages before they've stood down.

Thanks for the reminder. I wasn't aware that they were going around handing these out but if they tried to pull some of that shit with me, I'd hand them my "I wish a nigga would" trap card.

Relevant Open Code of Conduct Geek Feminism.org CoC Geek Feminism . org even goes as far as throwing in "because these things don't exist" when they add their statement about ignoring all complaints of 'cisphobia' etc. It's appalling to see a mission statement that talks about protecting ALL forms of discrimination yet openly admits that they either will remain completely ignorant of (or will quietly support) discrimination of a particular group regardless of the facts. I think people need to st…

Well this is American politics so the bar is set really low.
/r/MensRights16/10/15 04:11 AM

That's how good this was. It takes a while to realize that he's not being serious because it's packaged in such a way that (and I've never thought about it this way until now) it feels like a pharmaceutical company listing off every minor condition known to man in order to convince you that a particular drug is what you need in order to be happy & healthy. The big difference is feminism doesn't have to list the side effects like diarrhea, internal bleeding etc.

You're being down voted but the key word there is establishment. We need politicians who can break through the machine's hold on Federal politics.

If we were facing a feminist crusade was rammed down this country's throat as bad as 9/11 for the next 4 - 8 years, I'd gladly give a Republican my vote even if I was scared of them.

At least her argument is explained rationally. I don't see any evidence of her acting like a feminist here. This kind of equates to the type of shit conservatives pass around Facebook.

Agreed. Was just thinking how different the reaction would be if it was a small dude getting punched & why everyone is jumping on the self defense card like he had no other option but to fight her.

I was just thinking a couple hours ago about the term "white male privlidge". They always say driving is a privlidge not a right because it can be taken away from you. I don't see how the term privlidge applies. I do however believe it should be respected like a privlidge & not abused.

It's not so much that it's unoriginal, it's that in can be awkward in some cases considering you're just sitting next to the person saying nothing instead of doing something together. Dinner & a movie isn't so bad.

If I was in that situation I'd probably just hit it & then just tell her I'm not interested in a relationship. That is of course unless she's just leading you on just so she can have your attention then pull away in which case I'd do the same.

I say don't worry about being friend zoned. If it happens then just focus your attention elsewhere & be friends with them. I've had friends who I've tried to pursue romantically & they weren't interested but later when I wasn't giving them much attention & things change (looks, attitude etc) they start begging for attention & wishing you'd make an advance on them.
/r/seduction29/11/14 02:17 PM
2

Exactly. Not sure why guys have this attitude that if you can't have the girl, you shouldn't be friends with them. I can see why people fail & then friendship doesn't work out but it sounds to me like these guys don't really want a relationship, they just want a place to stick their dick if they can finagle their way into it.

I totally agree. I just get tired of the woman hating in general that goes way out into left field. I'm a straight male & I don't go around hating women in real life. It just gets ridiculous when you try & bring the conversation back to reality & people start calling you a feminist.

This reminds me of how fuckin retarded elementary school was. The teachers we had were mostly fuckin retards. We had new cement put in & there was a spot that was peeling & still soft so some kids were picking at it. One teacher tried to suspend me & some friends who were just standing near it when they came & saw some kids messing with it even though we were doing nothing wrong & it was a very small piece of the ground. Even if we were some how responsible or the ones actually messing with it, …

I wasn't referring to this situation. I was referring to your comment about it's OK to falsely accuse anyone who makes a false accusation because they deserve it. If being black is sufficient evidence, why not accuse them of also being bigoted against tall people?
/r/MensRights14/02/14 05:55 AM

Calm your fight or flight response. The only one making assumptions here is you. Especially the accusation that I said anything about false accusations about race don't exist. Where do you get off talking to me about unstated knowledge when you're the one suggesting he should pull the race card?

falsely accuse someone who makes false accusations. Brilliant.

I think it's a little ridiculous that everyone here is saying he should pull the race card when OP has already said that she has a history of accusing people of stuff & there's no evidence that race had anything to do with it. This is a men's rights group yet people act like this is a n anti-women's group while complaining about feminists being anti-men.

The argument (not arguing whether or not she's lying) is that she didn't know she was fleeing a homicide until after the fact. You're innocent until proven guilty so when it comes to who's intention it was to cover it up, unless she or her boyfriends admits she wanted it covered up or left some sort of evidence that would suggest so, can't prove that it wasn't just her boyfriends idea. If she had wanted it covered up & neither admitted it, then that's just them not being an idiot by incriminatin…

I have a full beard & find much of what's said in this sub garbage (and I'm constantly called a feminist for disagreeing with people which I find hilarious). That being said, I subscribe to this sub because there's a lot of legitimate stuff that's posted as well. I don't see how this is strictly a men's rights issue. If anything this sheds light on how fuckin stupid Kansas is when it comes to gay rights, the rights of the parents & the rights of the donor. If someone says you have no reason to fight for your rights whether it has to do with being a man, a member of a race or sexual orientation then they are fuckin retarded & drawing attention to them only helps them legitimize themselves when they should be ignored.

I think a Dave Chappelle style sex contract should be a real thing. Guys should have the ability to relinquish themselves from any responsibility of what the women chooses to do with their body as long as it's proven that they were not willing to become a parent to the child ahead of time & the female decided to still go ahead with the act knowing full well she could potentially become pregnant with the child & have to deal with the consequences.

Do a little research on the facts of what's going on down there & then come talk to me. What I'm saying is there's more to the story than some feminist who just up & decided to go kill bus drivers because they were men based on "unproven accusations".
/r/MensRights08/09/13 12:16 PM
