1	What is being sassy as male and is it a turn off or a turn on for females? Are you talking back or being sarcastic or snarky? 3	Why do I get low effort girls What kind of conversation are you bringing to the table? Things that have surface depth and only require minimal responses, or things that are more thought provoking? Are you funny, playful, witty? Are you trying to chat during the work day and they are just responding in between customers? For me personally, if you aren’t funny and playful and at least somewhat smart and clever, the conversation is not going to catch and maintain my interest.
