If her post is genuine, the biggest change in the world she could bring is by being a NAWALT. Take care of her family and kids, not misuse laws, be faithful not be a gold digger, have family values and traditions and teach it to her kids, prioritize real education and modesty instead of camwhoring and instagram thots, practice REAL gender equality she may bring a lot of good change to society.
