I’m so happy for you! I love hearing stories of women like yourself on here who trust themselves and eventually find exactly what they want. This is inspiring!

Thank you for this perspective! I think I’m way too in my head about this. You made a great point about me potentially ending things too early or self-sabotaging. I’ll have to do some introspection about this for sure.

Also a latent high libido late bloomer girlie whose early dating choices led me to question my sexuality🫣 Seriously though, I can relate. I think bad experiences in my past have soiled a lot of my feelings about dating men. I often times go in assuming the worst. I will try to take your advice and look into finding social groups where I might meet different kinds of men though. Thank you for this! I love hearing other women’s success in this. I feel encouraged. I sometimes just get really discouraged and feel there’s something I could better. So yes, maybe that is what’s happening. Thank you for giving me another perspective in this! I hadn’t considered that men might have different needs f…

Thank you! This is very reassuring. I have considered moving but ultimately figured it wouldn’t make a difference for my dating life. But what you just said about SF has me reconsidering. I will definitely need to work on my vetting skills , and learn to move on at the first signs that I won’t reach my relationship goals with them. Thank you for this advice. You have given me some things to think about!

I think mainly me. I am almost always the one to end things and it’s usually for these reasons: a lack of compatibility or I feel they’re pushing too soon for physical intimacy. I also think I tend to not say what I’m looking for early on and maybe guys don’t take me seriously for this reason. At the moment I think I’m being ghosted by a guy I thought things were going well with. We’ve had a few dates, we seemed eerily similar personality wise, and he said he liked me so I am but confused about …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
