Solid breakdown! Especially the details around how a lot of these guys claim to want traditional women but actually want the ability to live as modern men with low responsibility while their girlfriend/wives submit to them and still go to work.

Where I agree with you is that women shouldn’t make sexual decisions in order to manipulate male behavior. They should have sex or not have sex based on their own values and desires.

A lot of younger men don’t seem to understand this but thoughtful romantic gestures are kryptonite for most women. I can totally see why that chick’s panties melted after you gave her a poem haha

Super thorough breakdown! Lots to chew on but I agree with 99% of it

I think they do but for some reason typical TRP rhetoric doesn’t seem to encourage men to marry young. They coddle men who had a string of bad relationships into their 30s and give them the fantasy of marrying a young 20 something to make up for it. But the smartest thing they can do is prioritize getting married in their early to mid 20s to young childless women with low body counts.

Men with this concern should prioritize proposing to women by the age of 25. The power is in their hands.

Most people hit emotional dips in midlife but increase in happiness as they age after that. Typically women will live for another 40 years. There’s also menopause and how that shifts desires and biological imperatives. The idea that a woman’s life is basically a black hole over 40 if she is unmarried and childless is kind of silly (like divorce and inattentive kids are never a thing) Life goes on and women tend to be very resilient. Many studies affirm this.

Yeah, I hear you. I was a virgin until my early 20s and had a religious upbringing. Definitely influenced how I approached sexual relationships.

I mean, whatever you need to justify your hypocrisy. There’s plenty of unambitious dudes with low salaries and questionable personalities who are promiscuous .. Clearly you made the ability to be more promiscuous a personal goal tied to your metrics for self improvement but in no way does that make promiscuity a byproduct of virtue and progress for men by default. Also, men who are promiscuous typically have a harder time committing to long term monogamy. Is a quality woman with a little body co…

So I wasn’t just talking about black men (weird of you to assume that black men would be my single point of reference while posting on Reddit of all places), but thanks for your expertise on what women are into.

A lot of men don’t have close friendships, which is a big contributor to loneliness. All types of studies show that unmarried men suffer from depression, isolation and loneliness at higher rates, especially as they age. There’s married people who will complain about loneliness partly because they don’t have support systems or close friends apart from their spouses.

There’s very few women who are actually rejecting a 5’11” man based on height. Online dating filters have skewed perception of real life standards.

Realistically speaking, how does one’s body count follow them forever? I can’t remember the last time a man even asked me that question.

There’s so many women I know with the same mindset as you. I’m not sure why the guys on this sub think it’s impossible that women will deny themselves sex for a long time in order to find a quality match. And no, quality doesn’t automatically equate to hottest guy ever in the minds of most women lol. A large percentage of women want the stability and emotional safety of a long-term partner.

Have you considered that most women who do not engage in casual sex also don’t use online dating at all, or are very selective and how they use them?

That’s interesting, I’m new to this sub but I’ve seen many people insist that women are constantly having casual sex. They must have missed the memo.

Umm there’s plenty of hot men who are faithful to their partners. It’s obvious that many people on this sub project fantasies onto hot men of how they would act if they felt they were attractive enough to do so. However, a man doesn’t have to be super attractive to sleep with a lot of women. A lot of you would be happier if you would come to terms with what you need to do and find your lane with women. Short tutorial: 1. Stop using tinder 2. Find hobbies and interests that require you to leave t…

Maybe, but so what…he smashed and he liked it. A chubby woman can look hot or terrible depending on her face and weight distribution. Real life shows us that there’s girls who are a bit overweight with huge boobs and a round booty that men salivate over, versus a woman with a large stomach and a flat ass. Some chubby girls are super cute, some aren’t.

I’ve had some brutal hits to my confidence and self-esteem over the course of my lifetime but have also realized that a healthy and targeted mindset is still huge in determining better outcomes, regardless of adversity in my environment

Confidence is innate for some but it can also be learned and practiced. I’m a woman who has typically had low confidence and it’s hurt me in my career and in dating. I decided to work on it and have been feeling better about my life and experiencing better results in my interactions with people. Honestly, just YouTube “increase your confidence” or something similar, it’ll help!

Right. Most people are average and date and marry average looking people. And it’s so true that if a woman has been pumped and dumped by a hot guy or two she typically learns from that experience and adjusts her dating strategy. She doesn’t then settle for 20 pump and dump relationships in a row cause the guy is hot lol. How soul killing would that be? It’s just a weird fantasy these PPD guys dream up because they can’t imagine a woman turning down sex because they wouldn’t. They smugly claim to…

These guys love to pull out random studies but when studies are shown to disprove their points they always get silent but they never adjust their original hypothesis to account for the new data, they just double down on their manifestos. This pill stuff is basically a religion for them.

Yeah, a lot of the guys on the sub would do better just spending time with women and practicing having confidence instead of all this big brain analysis of strangers, attempting to shoehorn everyone into narrow categories of attractiveness and desirability. Chubby nondescript guys who are hilarious and confident get laid all the time.

Clubs are terrible places to meet quality people to date. If it’s not working for you, find other venues to meet women. Shared interests are a great start.

You’re just making stuff up to be honest, but I guess it makes you feel like you have some kind of control. Most happily married people say that sex gets better over time. Which makes sense when you consider that practice plus trust over time results in more intimacy. Several studies show that women rarely have orgasms during casual sex. Don’t mistake enthusiasm for satisfaction. How do you know that most meaningful interactions relationships occur in your 20s? I am no longer in my 20s but I am …

Brain dead for sure… Or maybe just very young? A lot of the guys on this sub seems so very sure of their sex/mating theories but come off like 19 year olds as far emotional maturity

I agree. Plus I’ve never seen a man truly in love with a woman over the course of years where it was only about her looks. Looks and physical attraction are amazing in the infatuation stage but they definitely don’t sustain genuine deep love over time. You have to actually talk to your partner as well lol

But we’re talking about strangers on an app. The idea that a woman is hesitant to send some guy sexual pictures right away doesn’t mean that she wouldn’t be attracted to him sexually in person. People only have pictures and banter to go by online, which is an awful way to gauge vibes and chemistry. Partly why online dating is unsuccessful for most without a lot of time and attempts. Seeing going on a date or multiple phone convos (Not actually much of an investment) as a big deal that requires a…

They why keep begging for sexual content if he doesn’t actually want sex? He could pursue emotional intimacy through love bombing and frequent communication. A woman is more likely to pursue an actual relationship with a guy like that online who does that versus just asks for sexual content

Take a chance and go to in person events, check out Facebook events and groups that have various mixers. Go to after-work mixers - which are usually female dominant, check out the events at your local Chamber of Commerce. I think you all are relying too much on online dating, which is understandably frustrating.

Check out Facebook events in your area, it’ll often show you if you know anyone going so you can gauge the type of person who attends. Take a chance regardless. Museum events are good for meeting mor thoughtful chicks as well. Film festivals and related events are great too.

Check out intramural sports and meetup.org in your area. Local theater groups, music groups and choirs, etc. Women often flock to group activities. When I used to go to meetups it was always like 70% women.

Modern men don’t understand that the very nature of the casual sex marketplace corrupts the character and mentality of women who otherwise have the potential to be amazing and submissive, as you put it. Treating one’s body as a commodity or recreational tool takes a toll mentally and spiritually. That goes for both men and women - it just shows up differently in each. The more you engage women for sexually centered relationships only, the harder it will be to find an ideal woman. You gotta pick …

Framing long-term relationships as win/loss scenarios is weird and unhelpful. Just because a woman got married when she was in her early 20s doesn’t mean she won anything, the marriage itself could be trash and she wishes she had waited longer to have kids. Dude could feel like he’s chained to his responsibilities and doesn’t find his wife attractive over time. Or, the relationship could be awesome and the couple has healthy delightful children and grows in love over several decades. You really …

But the attractive part doesn’t mean he’s the hottest guy ever, just means that she is attracted to him for whatever reason. Usually that’s some combination of looks, attitude and sex appeal. The guy doesn’t have to be grade A1 hot for a woman to be obsessed with him. A lot of average guys fall into this category based on things like personality and confidence.

Leading questions much? The shrill insistence on complete surrender and assimilation of societal discourse from cultural feminists makes much more sense if this reflects the indoctrination they received in college.
