Women move on mentally and emotionally waaaaaay before they physically move on (in terms of relationships). If she’s already with someone else, chances are she’s been planning this for a while. Yes she’s willing to testify, but that only accounts for one incident she’s claimed I’ve done. I’m hoping to pull camera footage if it exists to prove she’s a liar, but that property owner is like best friends with my ex wife so… who knows it may have been “deleted”

Yes, I had to relocate to my parents place which was ten hour away. Due to financial reasons, and she always told me “you left the kids, you left our family, that’s your fault” even though she walked out over a year before our divorce, then my life fell apart financially. So I had to move in with my parents temporarily. Started to get back on track then she hits me with this injunction and screwed me all over again.

Because I violated the injunction by asking to speak to my kids, the injunction was put in place based off false allegations with no evidence to support her claims, because it didn’t happen. Yeah, I was a corrections officer. But fairly new at it still, going through the academy. But yeah, so the way the injunction was set up was on one page it said all the things I can’t do, be within 500 Ft of her house, place of work, vehicle, etc. I was an idiot and stopped reading there, the next page it mentioned digital stuff like phone calls and texts. Sorry for not responding guys, I’ve been going through it. Major depression, stress, anxiety, all of the above. Man, this is so awesome thank you. I’m going through a divorce right now and she has BPD, I have ADHD, and she’s constantly accusing me of the same stuff. I took care of her for 6 years, I didn’t even know caretaker fatigue was a thing, but it would explain a lot. Basically, I’m in the same boat with less time in the marriage, have 2 kids together as well.

Florida, yes it’s going to be difficult. I want to provide for my kids but I also need to be able to afford a life, I can’t pay two mortgages especially since I will likely be downgrading my income as the area I moved too seems sparse in the job department.

I was a commission based plumber, I could make 10k one month and 2k the next depending on sales. No I haven’t been able to put anything away in savings because I’ve been bled dry by her need for new shit all the time, joint bank account. She proposed I get the kids every other weekend.
