You probably have old emotions stuck in your body and mind, maybe from childhood. Meditate to get rid of old feelings. Instead of trying to hold emotions back, just alow yourself to feel sadnes, feel old shame, anger etc. The emotions will come like a wave and then disappear. Meditate when you are alone and can let go. Never cry in front of any female, it will make you unattractive within seconds. Start lifting heavy weights. The real money long term is in owning a business. You could teach subjects online (since you are a teacher). No need for programming if you use Thinkific, Teachable or other ready made solutions, or plug ins for wordpress.

Your situation is not bad at all - a safe job, safe income and lot of free time. And you are still young. Perfect opportunity to build your own side business, for example online teaching, webshop or making money from your hobbies. You can use your free time learning how to run a business.

Maybe you should not try to stop it or fight it..... When the emotion come, just register it, let it expand and then the bubble will burst. And then you will be Ok. I choose to welcome it and to let it go.» Sorry for my bad english.

I would suggest to start with stretching/hanging to make your spine longer. Yoga and massage to loosen the muscle knots in your back. When the sharp pain starts to disappear, add swimming for strength with…

The father of one of my best friends got dementia when he was in his forties. He became angry and aggressive before he started to get memory problems. (Dementia can even start in your 30s. http://www.smartbrainaging.com/age-is-just-a-number-fighting-dementia-in-your-30s-40s/)

So your dad was an awesome man and a caring dad, and now he is run by emotions. Maybe he has a health problem? (E.g. early stages of dementia/Alzheimer. Or depression). You could discuss it with your mother, maybe she can make him go to the doctor. Your mother knows if he has changed only towards you or if his personality has changed in all situations...

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
