Also at the point where your muscles start to get bigger due to water retention, your intracranial pressure will rise at the exact same rate. I wouldn't fool around with it

Jesus.. These advices you are handing are absolutely insane and have no basis on reality whatsoever. With 10-12 liters of water you have a serious risk of starting to raise your ICP that could lead to cerebral edema and death. 99% of people have a perfectly functional system that monitors your homeostasis. Don't force yourself to drink ridiculous amounts of water

A gene being recessive has nothing to do with it disappearing. How could white skin have even evolved to be the dominant fenotype in n.europe if genetics worked like that?
