This 'fuck it' attitude, it's good, it's very good, keep it up. The best thing to do in these situations is to say 'fuck it'. You're doing the right thing, even your first action that you finally tried to spend your Wednesday different, in my opinion, this very good on its own.

The only one who will help you is you nobody in here can do that they're just here to boost your courage but that bad in it's own way. Why you need others to make you do something? Do it yourself. The solution is achievable by you and you got to get it by practicing, talking and communicating that's how it'll work. No website, comments, post, books, videos or any other bs will do it for you, flush it down the toilet.

idk, a friend recommended this a while ago, but I found it very cringe. It just creates problems you don't have and over exaggerate things very much.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
