This is wild that you all didn't specify a time and that you didn't give her even a vague timeline of when you would be showing up. And I rolled around and you hadn't touched base once? If you were busy that night, you should have picked a different night. If I were here, I would be totally turned off by the zero effort and just find someone considerate.

Hey, if you just practice conceptualizing women as whole ass people, maybe that will help.

If you're almost 40 and called women "girls," yeah, you have an issue. I told you I'm done chatting but you didn't stop. Not listening to what women say is also an issue. Good luck.

Dude, why don't you ask your female friends why they think you aren't able to land a date. No one owes you romantic interest. I'm done chatting with someone who won't help themselves.

Dude you make no sense. First you said you don't know how to talk to women. But now you say you have never had a problem making female friends? You can't make friends without talking to them. You asked about how to talk to women, that's it. I don't know you or your life. You should talk to people who know you and if you're unhappy, a professional.

Look, are you talking to women just to get a date because that's lame. People/women can tell when someone has an agenda. No one likes to feel like the conversation isn't authentic. So yeah, if your whole reason for talking to women is to get one to go out with you, stop it.

Then practice. You'll feel less awkward the more you converse with people. Also, there's nothing wrong with being a little socially awkward.

Why are you trying to be charismatic and charming? Talk to people like a normal person, not someone trying to be something you're not.

How so? You weren't able to hold a conversation?

By treating them like you would any other human being.

Hey, you put effort into putting yourself out there and it sounds like you are attracting women you're interested in--that's great! I understand it can be intimidating to go out with someone that seems more put-together than you, but dating profiles are usually people putting their best foot forward, but we're all human. I encourage you to not think of yourself as "less than" because you think someone might be more accomplished in a certain area of life. They wouldn't match if they didn't like w…

I have a few thoughts: It's okay to set boundaries within your friendship. You need to ask yourself if you still want this person in your life as your friend, and if you do, you may need to be blunt about the limitations of your friendship. I would be honest with her that this is someone you do not want to be around, that you are happy to be her friend but he is not your friend. That his politics reflect his morals and values, which you vehemently disagree with, and you think make him a bad pers…

So...you’re saying men are whores 100% of the time, but women are only whores some of the time?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
