It's just one of those things that isn't for everyone. It's just like how some people love to go all over the world, whilst others are perfectly happy staying in the same town they grew up in. Edit: I thought a little more about it, and I think that I do feel a little bit that people who don't agree with the idea, are a bit wrong. It feels weird saying it, maybe judgemental even. There's just so much "proof" I guess that men and women have different behaviours, different things that make them "t…

"How completely the modern woman in America tries to destroy romance. " I really love this sentence. I feel like this applies now even more than back then, and not just women in America.

I didn't really choose the red pill, I've just always thought this way without realsiing it. I don't think everyone should think the way we do, I think it's everyone to themselves. I like it this way, and that's just perfectly fine by me. I don't see anything wrong with the way we think, and I don't see anything wrong with the way other people think. As long as we can just agree to disagree and not look down upon each other for having a different point of view. Example: I like being a housewife.…

I was very similar to you actually. I had heard about TRP in other subreddits, and they were always referred to with a lot of hate and disdain. So I went there myself to check out how bad it was, and I felt a bit disgusted with a lot of what was said. It felt very sexist and like they were just being assholes. However, I looked at the sidebar and read some things, and realised that I too, agreed with a lot of things. I then started to feel that maybe some of the things that get posted in that su…

You didn't get your degrees for society, you got them for you. You have no duty to anyone but yourself. A stay at home mom does not leach off of society. They take care of the kids and the house, they raise the doctors and nurses and lorrydrivers of the future. I also don't see how it is selfish of someone to stay home and raise the kids... but that might just be me. It's clear that your SO would prefer it if you worked, so if that's not what you want and you think it would make you unhappy, you…

Do you like boardgames? If you do there might be some kind of club that has regular meetings. I started going to one and it is pretty fun. I don't know how "viable" it is for a way to meet friends, but it will definitely help with the loneliness !

I don't agree with all the comments there, but in general I feel like marriage isn't something all people should like "strive" for. I don't think marriage is the ultimate proof of a great relationship or whatever. Some people just don't see the point in getting married and I think that's fine. Personally, I would like to get married, but it is not something that I feel has to happen to validate a relationship. Not at all. There's plenty of bad marriages out there, and tons of people get divorced…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
