You need to get an attorney who specializes in child support. I know it costs money, but you need to get custody changed and the current child support order changed. If you really are not in arrears, then her state certified your “arrears” incorrectly and they are lying that you need to go after her for the money. Her state needs to give you the money back and they need to go after her for reimbursement. Many times interstate cases get messed up like this because the caseworkers don’t understand…
