I actually have no problem opening doors and pulling out chairs but if it's expected or if she goes and sits in the most comfortable bench of the restaurant table and expects me to sit on the pull out chair without even waiting for confirmation from me, I don't take her out on a second date. How did he get his cell phone recording to be considered as evidence? just curious, as there is a general wiretapping law that prevents recorded conversations without the other party's willing consent to be used as evidence.
