3	Why are women much less likely to comment on men's online profiles? Do you think maybe one reason for the discrepancy between ratings is that women's attraction is based largely on non-visual factors? I think men are simply more visual in their attraction so it's easier for them to be attracted to someone based on a photo. 2	Deception as rape - a better example I don't think any of these things should legally be considered rape. I agree with you that lying or deceiving someone in order to have sex with them is morally wrong (even in the case of a post op transsexual who doesn't outright lie but neglects to mention it) but that doesn't mean it is rape or even that it should be punishable by law. I am going to assume that by "feminine" you mean in terms of attire/appearance as opposed to behavior or mannerisms (I say this because I have never even thought about whether my behavior or mannerisms are feminine or not.
