If you are talking about the brocco from my post the other day: I steam the broccoli and drain it, put it back in the pot and throw a couple slices of American cheese on top then cover it. Not the healthiest, but yummy. Homemade cheese sauce I usually make a roux(with little to no flour) and slowly add small pieces of whatever cheese on a low heat.

It's not in a cask. I found some infusion screws online that were toasted oak and you leave them in for like six weeks. So, not 'real' bourbon. If you look hard enough, you can find most of the equipment online for less than a hundred bucks. Dude! Seriously, the after work smell schtick was one of the things that used to irk me with my ex. I used to work with seafood, I wasn't "allowed" to wash my work clothes with any other laundry(cuz supposedly it would contaminate the other clothes!) And had to keep them in a bag in the cupboard under the sink in the bathroom until I had enough "fishy" clothes to do a load(imagine that smell!). Needless to say, I'm glad I don't have to deal with that bs any more.

Even then, I went HS with this skank(literal crack whore) who would drop her kids off at my friend's house so she could "shop" in peace. Wouldn't show back up for weeks, and when she did, you could tell she'd come back from a bender/fuckfest. Kids dad was in prison, so his parents filed for custody over and over again and again. I dont know if they ever got custody, even with all of her arrests, police record, lack of housing/income....damn shame for those kids.
