Hi everyone, I’m a 5’10” guy (179cm morning 178cm evening) and I’ve dated a few women all 5’4”-5’7” who mocked me for being short( and It’s taken a toll on my self esteem 😭Advice about profile pictures: avoid too close photographs, they don't represent well the face (you apear like a balloon). About height, 178 cm is not short, but... some people prefer people over 180 or even 6' (183 cm), and you cannot force other people to change their tastes. The problem is theirs, they miss you. About limb lengthening or other cosmetic surgeries: they are great, but they should NOT be done for dating purposes, only for ourselves. If you feel short and you don't like it, do it… | /r/AllPillDebate | 14/11/23 03:11 PM
Is Limb Lengthening Really Worth the Risk? Most of people are satisfied with the results. Source: https://online.boneandjoint.org.uk/doi/full/10.1302/2046-3758.97.BJR-2019-0379.R1 | /r/AllPillDebate | 18/09/23 09:33 PM
Why is it socially acceptable for women to artificially enhance their beauty but not men?Cosmetic surgeries are not related to security. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 13/09/23 04:21 PM
Why is it socially acceptable for women to artificially enhance their beauty but not men?The pain is not that high and the procedure is not that dangerous, read Limb lengthening forums. It should be well done, but it's not like you think. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/09/23 12:45 AM
Why is it socially acceptable for women to artificially enhance their beauty but not men?Not always, I accept it. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/09/23 12:43 AM
Why is it socially acceptable for women to artificially enhance their beauty but not men?I prefer dark hair. Not all men prefer blonde. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/09/23 12:41 AM
Why is it socially acceptable for women to artificially enhance their beauty but not men?IMHO all cosmetic surgeries are acceptable on all people, gender doesn't matter. The same goes for having long hair, long nails, big muscles, jewelry and tattoos. Of course, I have my preferences, I don't like painted nails, but it's just a personal taste and gender don't matter. The same goes for piercings, I don't like them, but this is not gender based, I just don't like how piercings looks (of course, I accept them on other people, I don't tell other people to remove their piercings). I know… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/09/23 11:32 PM
Thoughts on limb lengthening surgery ?In my case, my legs are the only short part of my body. CLL is just a new (it's decades old) option for people, if you want to be taller, now you have the opportunity. Note: I am a "no pill", I don't believe in that. | /r/AllPillDebate | 01/05/23 05:43 PM
Limb Lengthening Surgery Is Becoming More PopularIMHO, this is not a gender related topic, CLL can be good for all people, maybe most of them will be men, but there are women that want to be taller too. | /r/MensRights | 09/05/22 06:16 PM
If you had a choice between limb lengthening surgery and surrogacy but only enough money for one and not both, which would you chooseI don't care about that, I feel short, I have seen 6' people and I want to be like them, I don't like how is my body and I would like to fix it according to my tastes and my feelings. Note: average in Spain is 5'10'' and I believe that it is a bit higher, but... "mean" doesn't mean "good", mean is just a typical value that you can find, not the ideal status of something. But above ideals and mean, are person tastes and feelings, in my case I don't like being 5'8''. Nobody has to accept something… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/05/20 02:09 AM
If you had a choice between limb lengthening surgery and surrogacy but only enough money for one and not both, which would you chooseI am 5'8'' and I don't have interest in martial arts. I want to be taller, not fight people. I hate violence, so I prefer a limb lengthening surgery to have the body that I want (6'1''). I am tired of my height. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 13/05/20 07:45 PM
If you had a choice between limb lengthening surgery and surrogacy but only enough money for one and not both, which would you chooselimb lengthening, of course, I am tired of my 5'8'' height and I would like to have it fixed, I want to be 6' or a bit more like other people. :( I know that it is not an easy procedure, but it works and it changes your life for better. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 13/05/20 07:43 PM
As women reach income parity with men, will mediocre men resort to drastic measures to improve their physical attributes to stand out? Thanks someone for downvoting me. Do you have some papers that proves the opposite? As far as I know, distraction osteogenesis don't leave weaker bones. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 28/02/20 02:14 AM
As women reach income parity with men, will mediocre men resort to drastic measures to improve their physical attributes to stand out?If the procedure is well done, the bone heals, it doesn't become weaker. This procedure is very old and well known. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/02/20 07:25 PM
As women reach income parity with men, will mediocre men resort to drastic measures to improve their physical attributes to stand out?If well performed, limb lengthening doesn't cripple you, it is just another cosmetic procedure. It is part of the "body modification" concept. Being able to modify and improve our bodies is good, even if you don't do it. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/02/20 03:25 AM
As women reach income parity with men, will mediocre men resort to drastic measures to improve their physical attributes to stand out?Limb lengthening is not only for finding a partner, it is because sometimes we feel that our body is not good enough like other people. I see it as a self improvement, something that makes our body better. A lot of people thinks that the best stature for a man is 185 cm or 6'1'', this surgery will allow a lot of people to reach that. There are also women that get this procedure done, because they could like to be taller also. Of course, it must be well performed, but once the procedure is finish… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/02/20 03:20 AM
