The charts clearly shows that the rate of suicide [edit: for women] AVERAGED 12.9 for the first five year period and that the average for the next five years was 10.2. The highest year in the 2nd five year period (10.9) was lower than the lowest year in the first five year period of the chart (11.3). Yet Magdalena Skipper's post implies a disturbing new trend. Imagine being so intellectually dishonest that you lie about data that your readers can clearly see.

Apparently, too much for the one making the assertion. I'm not saying he's wrong. I have a genuine interest in seeing data. I don't mind bold assertions. I just have an uncompromising demand for the truth. I don't think that's such an unreasonable requirement. It makes it harder for those that deny the truth to do so with hard statistics present. (Edited for grammar)
