Fitness YouTuber drops some TRP knowledge. Why are we taught the opposite in society? He is a joke, worst bicep genetic and chicken legs. All his contents are boring with no value. I don’t get why the fuck people will have him as a “trainer”. Smh | /r/askTRP | 25/11/18 06:27 PM
I miss her, please drill some sense to my skullIt’s alright dude, that shit is normal. That feeling will fade away sooner than later. Keep self improving and hit those damn weights. | /r/askTRP | 30/08/18 04:40 AM

What are the most important considerations when moving to a new city?I am currently in the process of relocating after living in CA for majority of my life. Phoenix area is my next destination, similar approach and situation (financially) as you. I like warm, sunny weather, which typically makes me happier. I have always noticed there is more fit, active, attractive population in cities with good weather. 5th largest city in US. Top 10 Fast growing city in US with young professionals. ASU is near by (#1 party school in US). | /r/askTRP | 04/07/18 04:38 PM
Lifting and RespectGood stuff dude, it takes about 3-4 months to see some progress and enjoy the journey. Don't fall for the instant gratification shit, and keep improving this for yourself. Be consistent & discipline with your workouts and diet, you will be a different person a year from now. It's a lifestyle and keep us apart from the rest. Cheers.... protein shake. | /r/TheRedPill | 02/07/18 10:13 PM
Lifting and RespectLifting get us attention from the girls, but even more from the brossss. lol A TSA agent at Phoenix airport told me that it's illegal to carry those guns, made my day. | /r/TheRedPill | 02/07/18 10:10 PM
I can’t do this anymore.Stop focusing on women and improve your life instead. High quality life with abundance mindset is most important. Everything is just byproduct of your high value. | /r/askTRP | 27/06/18 09:54 PM
Does anyone else think they wasted their 20s?Amen dude. Mindset of abundance and we are always the fucking prize. | /r/askTRP | 27/06/18 08:23 PM
Does anyone else think they wasted their 20s?AWALT. I had naive thoughts about how some of them are just so special and different. | /r/askTRP | 27/06/18 07:12 PM
Does anyone else think they wasted their 20s?35 yr old here, I can somewhat relate. . ooking back to 20s, life in general during that time frame was confusing, challenging and unstable. Shit, I gone through the motion and only fulfill what my family, society and what I thought was important: college degree, corporate job, work my way up to 6 figure salary, buy a house, drive a nice car, dated "nice girls" and hopefully find "the one" (smh) and start a family one day. I don't regret any of that, because that put me on a good path in general… | /r/askTRP | 27/06/18 04:50 PM
Would you pay for a 2-week bootcamp?50% of your entire saving for some sounded advice that you probably already read, watched and learned online. Invest that $10k for long term financial gains, continue to learn, practice and approach in a real world . | /r/askTRP | 27/06/18 04:28 PM
Here's The Reason You're Not Seeing Any Progress In The GymAlso learn how to count your calories and macros if you are a beginner. Find you TDEE, then adjust towards your goal. Keep shit simple and learn about the fundamentals. It will become 2nd nature once you master these skills. | /r/TheRedPill | 27/06/18 04:23 PM
What is losing your father like? You are going to be fine. I used that for motivation throughout my life, even though it was probably the wrong reason but it did get me through some tough times. Keep focus on yourself, improve and be better every day. I just had enough of being a depressed, unmotivated, lost, scrawny kid. Got my shit together in my 20s, got my degree, started lifting, working my way up in the company and making 6 figure salary today. Don't ever give up on yourself and kick ass. | /r/askTRP | 27/06/18 03:10 PM
Thanks to the redpill I am having my first threesome this weekend. Tips?Let them do all the work first. It's stimulating AF just watching girl on girl. Good luck and please beat my 6 minute record. lol | /r/askTRP | 26/06/18 11:03 PM
Quit my job and am looking for general life adviceIt all comes down to financial planning (expenses vs. income_). Figure out how much would be your monthly expenses (rent, utility, phone, food, all essentials). How long would $5k last you? Probably not a whole lot considering the rent won't be too cheap in the Northwest. Also take moving cost part of your expense, that shit ain't cheap. | /r/askTRP | 26/06/18 11:00 PM
What is losing your father like?I "lost" m father due to divorce when i was 10, and eventually lost touch with him because he started his own family. He wasn't a strong, masculine father figure as far as i remembered. The whole divorce fucked me up big time throughout my teenage years, with lack of a father figure and trying to figure out shit myself. I made peace with it and moved on with my life eventually. | /r/askTRP | 26/06/18 10:54 PM
The definitive roadmap guide on how to actually dress well.I would suggest a slow steady cut until you get rid of your belly fat first. Dial in your nutrition and learn how to set up your macros & count calories. The mistake I made was not patient enough and worries about the “size” too much first. Slow cut and then lean bulk (TDEE + 300 to500). Enjoy the process and newbie gainz. Focus on the big 3 compound lift and be great at them. Cheers | /r/TheRedPill | 23/06/18 12:44 PM
The definitive roadmap guide on how to actually dress well. Some of us will go through a transitional phase based on our physique. Our body go through a good amount of changes with weight lifting and proper diet. Personally, I focused on get my body to a physique I am happy with (went from 5'6" 135 skinny fat to 162 lb "do you somewhat lift" 12% bf in 5 yrs). Looking back, I wasted a shit tons of money on clothes with horrible fitting and style. | /r/TheRedPill | 22/06/18 05:05 PM

Is banging chubby girls worth it?Lower your expectations but not your standard. Why waste time on banging chubby girls (3’s), while you can focus on improving yourself for the long haul. | /r/askTRP | 21/06/18 07:05 PM
Stuck? Move.atta boy! Read my last comment on the post, i can't emphasize finance enough. | /r/TheRedPill | 20/06/18 06:06 PM
Stuck? Move.Great post and I am currently going through it. Having my shit together makes this a much easier process. We don't talk about finance here enough in this sub in my opinion. The outcome of being discipline with my money (saving, investing and income) gives me the freedom move to a new city at my own will. -Have enough Oh Shit Money: 6 months of normal expenses in saving (i targeted at least 30% of my income each month) -Solid 401K, IRA, Roth, HSA or ITA. -Real Estate ($200K in equity is not what … | /r/TheRedPill | 20/06/18 06:02 PM
Stuck? Move. You are in a better spot than you think due to your financial situation. Not sure what's your long term investment strategy of your $1m, hopefully they are in some sort of IRA, ETF, properties or business. That would give you a lot of flexibility to do what the fuck you want to do without too much worries. I am in a similar situation and going through the process of moving from a population of 200k to 1.6 mil city. Best of luck dude. | /r/TheRedPill | 20/06/18 05:42 PM

Why do I still feel like a loser?Don't like your job, change it. No friends or social life, get your ass out there and move to a bigger city. Got tired of your old hobby, find a new one that interests you and stimulate your creativity and imagination. I was in a similar situation, and it beat the hell out of me. The mindset of abundance and live is a meaningful life is what i am working on everyday. The path is not always obvious, but it's worth a while to create your own trail. Keep your heads up and keep working through those… | /r/askTRP | 18/06/18 11:58 PM
