One of the OB surgeons I saw for a follow up visit recently was absolutely wonderful and the first one I ever saw when I was only 12 made me feel very comfortable by explaining everything so I could understand. You shouldn't do anything you're uncomfortable with, but I can assure you that there are both wonderful and bad male and female doctors, including gynecologists so you might want to requestion if this kind of discrimination is valid.

I totally understand, it's such a special bond and I'm so grateful to have been able to adopt him. I gave him a home, but he is giving me more than I could have ever asked for and definitely more than any LVM that barged in my life.

My 3 month puppy is still a work in progress, but even at this point I can say that he is the highest VM I've ever had in my life apart from my dad. Good luck with your baby, he is absolutely precious.

I've always tried to do the right thing and gave thousands of opportunities, but in the end they just end up disrespecting you even more. Yes, it hits really hard. When I reflect, all my life I've been putting others before me, my goals and well-being which accumulated into so much wasted time and energy. Yes I wished I listened to it as well. That's why I think it's extremely important to share FDS principles with our fellow women and especially the young, inexperienced ones who don't know any better. Lots of us are basically raised with pick-me behaviour which is normalised for women so disregarding it as soon as possible is essential!

I wish we lived somewhere close so we could organise a doggy play date or something haha. Just read your post from a few days ago and could relate to your struggles so much. Just be strong and keep at the no contact rule. I wasn't as strong and it was a huge mistake. We will get through the pain these narcs caused and get out of it as better, higher value women. ❤

That's the thing I miss most about it too. The way the last LVM I was seeing touched me at my certain weak points for hours is something I can not stop thinking about.
