1	Questioning false police report Absolutely . also have your lawyer obtain all her reports present them to the judge and ask that the primary residence be sold immediately as that is the source of all her angst as she is seeking to alienate you from your marital home. Tell her she has forfeited the right to speak with you, only through lawyers and co-parenting app. Tell her if this must go to court the first person to be deposed is her boss. It's your life and your kids, time to start baring your teeth. 1	I am ready to be free again. Just trying to avoid regret. You have 2 (TWO) small children with her; she hasn't committed adultery, going by what I've read. She has been a stay at home Mom taking care of the aforementioned children. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for it to work in your favor. Anything acquired during the term of the marriage ,is a marital asset. I think that's pretty much gospel in divorce courts in all 50 states.
