7	NoFap? That's fine if that's how it influences you, but some people find value in abstaining. The added testosterone might help them with confidence and approaching women, the lack of self-gratification might help them pursue more longterm/meaningful goals, and psychology behind being out in the world and not sitting behind a desk with your pants around your ankles might invigorate some.
