This coming out of India kind of makes this more of a threat towards women than it is supporting what's right. Women in India already have a hard enough time getting their rapists convicted let alone getting heard and not themselves abused for even saying someone raped them. Context is important. Not everywhere is it safe to talk about being a victim and there's a big push to silence them. Realize that while also supporting your rights to not be falsely accused.

I'm not going to defend twitter for being a cesspit of hatred, but it's far from a haven for just extreme left morons. It caters to morons of every type.

I'm not defending her actions, but that doesn't mean I call her a whore either.

So, because your wife was promiscuous, and because this lady is having a hard time with the breakup, she must also be sleeping around. No other solution here. Pack it up boys, mystery solved. Let's move onto the next case.

Imagine just treating people based on what you know and not making shit up about them being sluts when it's obvious she's been dating one person for two years. All this white knight shit just a cover so people can assume women are sluts just as women assume men are cheaters. And imagine criticizing her for having a job that men want her to have. Hahaha? Idiot.

Yeah, sorry, the media doesn't keep a day to day guide, but the fact she hasn't moved back home and tried to do her job surely just means people stopped everything. Put yourself in his shoes That's not how it works. Here's a judge and had dealt with this stuff and he acted horribly and rudely. It's his job to know how to handle himself under pressure. If I acted like him, I wouldn't want me on the stand making constitutional decisions. I don't act like him and I wouldn't want me on the stand bec…

I like how you swept all that evidence I gave away with out any to prove what you're saying at all. Neither side provided enough to prove the other, it was all a he said she said, but I definitely think the way Bret composed himself was far from what I expect out of a Supreme Court Justice member. He made himself look worse than before he stood up for himself. But he hasn't been persecuted any way like her considering he got the job which comes with protections and she had to leave hers and stil…

Not really. No evidence was brought that actually cleared him, it became a 'she said, he said' and so he became a Supreme Court Judge and she's still getting death threats and needs protection. Edit: downvote all you want, won't change facts. He wasn't found not guilty, it wasn't a real court, and she still gets death threats.

Better than vocalizing your condescending attitude when people question your content without being rude about it.

The guy isn't a conservative. I find it funny that people think he is. He might have some leanings, but the guy is a centrist and his document shows that. He's only being praised as a conservative for part of his writing whereas the elements praising liberal science focus would be anti conservative. But, absolutely that political ideologies, especially those opposing actual scientific studies that have proven them wrong, should not be expressed or discussed as it relates to work. The fact that h…

Viewpoint diversity is arguably the most important type of diversity and political orientation is one of the most fundamental and significant ways in which people view things differently. In highly progressive environments, conservatives are a minority that feel like they need to stay in the closet to avoid open hostility. We should empower those with different ideologies to be able to express themselves. I'm still intrigued that instead of correcting your first response to me you have instead c…

Now you're just being pedantic as an attempt to circumvent your original argument. Debates are never equal but debating things that have been proven wrong time and again just because of one person isn't worth debating as it can be proven. We're not talking 12 Angry Men debating here. He said that opposing views need to be debated rather than ignored or shunned. This is not supported by the scientific process as not everything is a hypothesis. I never said anything about equally, but that some th…

Prove and debate the concepts of both sides theories are not the same. The guy said that every opposing view, including those affected by religious or political ideologies, should be debated equally. You just agreed with me and your original argument isn't sound as a response to it when we can prove certain things wrong just by handing them a book. There is no need for opposing discussions. It's just wrong.

And they have been tested and ignored. That's the point, those people I mention ignore the evidence and the results from the tests of their own hypothesis. You're trying to sound smart by saying what you did but my comment is that not all opposing views are worth discussing when they've been proven wrong already through the scientific process. Edit: by your logic, we should keep testing to see if the Earth is flat.

But there were non scientific things he mentioned that are wrong. Specifically the whole concept that every opposing view should be debated. That's just not true. That's why we have so many issues today with the continuation of anti vaxxers, climate change, and more.

I'm honestly chuckling here. This is some Trump level arguing. You have a good one.

You specified 'white' in your first comment above. By your logic and the logic of others before you, old writings should be held as law and therefore all Christians believe in slavery and rape as acceptable things in life. Or, perhaps we believe and understand what is old and misguided from times when people didn't have the knowledge we do now and can better understand the difference between what is right and wrong.

You are who you choose to present yourself in this forum by your comments. That's all any of us are here. That's how arguing works here. If you want to be represented differently, then so so with your words. You call me an idiot based on this forum, then go into a tirade about how I don't know you based on your comments here. You're right, you're not at all a hypocrite. You're are pretty rude, though.

Being blamed for being of any skin color is racism, not men's rights. Yes, I'm the ignorant one. I'm the one who doesn't realize that the one percent of Islam creates a system of fear for those who don't support the issues with it for fear of being cast as a non believer themselves. You're conflating the power extremists have with the thought of the normal person who wishes no harm in others and believes that Islam promotes non violence over violence and have never acted violently towards such p…

I don't hate you at all. I do find you amusing and hypocritical in thought. Also, are you saying I should ignore all previous comments of yours when replying based on time and only reply based on Reddit comment hierarchy? Comments only exist if above the fold in which you are replying? Interesting concept. They should work that into season four of The Flash.

Probably because it has nothing to do with men's rights. That's racism and religious intolerance. Just FYI, no one is pushing Islam on people the same way Christianity isn't being pushed on people. I think people take every form of education about theology as a push to join it. Glad we made sure to classify older theologies as mythology in school, otherwise I might be beholden to Athena.

After a certain age, genitalia shown is considered child pornography. Notice those you mention are baby pictures, not pictures of you are age 9 naked. It does not have to depict a sexual act or nature, though some states may have such a clarification for proceeding with their own investigation into it. Edit: please note, not all forms of child pornography are enforced in every state at the same level. But, it hasn't been brought up at all with these girls here at all and the initial report consi…

If a seventeen year old receives and is caught with a naked image of his seventeen year old girlfriend, the law says that is possession of child pornography and is enforcible. The idea of being of similar age has absolutely no bearing on this as it relates to the legality of it. Teenage boys have been marked as sexual offenders for this, something they carry with them their whole lives. There is no specific age range that exempts a person from these laws other than the same concept that they wou…

I can't see how you can get around the child pornography bit at all. There was the recent news of two Hispanic High School students who were cleared of rape charges but still faced child pornography charges for a video that the girl who claimed they raped her had sent them. These girls perpetrated, filmed, and disseminated the video. This, IMHO, is obviously grounds for child pornography and is not at all reliant on the mother pressing charges.

The wage gap, overall, isn't an issue. But, in certain industries, it is an issue. But, in those industries, the person is likely already making more than $250k a year (if not millions more). Agree with management issues. Everyone, including women, act completely surprised at my wife's resume. But, if it was my resume, absolutely no one would be surprised at all. There's this mentality that women should be older or something than mean to accomplish stuff, and it's on both sides of the gender bar…

Agreed. Don't care who you support, you're only causing more aggravation and chance at this sort of stuff by protesting people for listening to who they want for President.
