I don’t know the full details of your situation, but I know that I really wanted my guy to reach out to me and the only reason I didn’t do it first was because it seemed like he had already moved on. It sounds pathetic, but to this day, I’ve always sorta been hoping he would reach out. So I would say take that chance and just reach out to her.
