| 3 | General Advice for an awkward guy going into college.I'm not American, so I can't say it will be the same, but just finishing my first year of university here. Honestly, and I can not stress this enough, just talk to people during the first few weeks. People are so god damned desperate to have friends, because everyone feels this way, as long as you're reasonably polite, you'll do fine.
