Just a side note remember there are food shelves at least in my state and town im sure there are near you somewhere. They give free food which definatly helped me out during the real rough times. No shame just do what you got to do.

Dont forget if she gets the house she owes you half the value... thats the one advantage u have the courts cant dispute.... of course you're probably like most of us guys and want your kids to have a home they are used to... thst is valid but your leech doesnt care if you end up in the streets so u have to care..... she can either owe you the money or you can sell it and split it and she can get an apartment just like u have to.. your kids will be fine... trust me they dont want you suffering or…

Good for you bro hang in there..... i just got my apartments yesterday and now trying to get it ready for the kids but even an empty apartment is better then constant screaming and yelling and being miserable 24/7....

Hey i know this is an old thread about to go throug a divorce and just from the calculator if it goes that way il end up with 400 bucks a month to spend on gas food and anything personal which is bs. Anyway just wondering how are you doing now did things get better for you? Any advice you have as someone who delt with all this crap?
