If you believe that men have more of a moral obligation to step in and help someone, the implicit assumption is that is because they are more capable of doing so, being bigger and stronger. If you are being intellectually honest, that also means that the VAST majority of women should not ever be in positions where being bigger and stronger is an advantage, such as the military, police or firefighters. You really can't have it both ways!

There has never been a generation of women who have had less to offer and simultaneously been gassed up to believe they are all Queens, Boss-babes and just perfect as they are with no incentive towards any sort of self improvement or personal growth. It's a toxic narrative that breeds narcissism.
