1	Is it wrong to ask why Ukraine won't draft young able bodied women? There was Russian Empire before Soviet Union. Russia is considered successor of Soviet union since it was also the one who gave orders. Russia also paid all debt of all other countries. Including debt of Ukraine. Debt was not divided.
