Aw man :( I’ve been on and off since 18, but never noticed a difference in my skin. I wouldn’t be surprised if birth control could worsen things for sure...I recently switched to a new pill and woke up with my face worse than it’s been in awhile (switched to a better one 2 days ago...). Thanks for your answer!

Any suggestions for acne? I am on birth control and recently began spironolactone. I feel like I’ve tried everything, but my skin isn’t bad enough for accutane.
