| 1 | No Prenup = 50/50???If you don't plan on having kids with them, equity on the home but good luck getting that as the only deal if it's less than half. Alimony is the most common thing guys even look for but rarely without any kind of benefit to her will you get. You'd might even be accused of attempt of financial abuse.
