If you don't plan on having kids with them, equity on the home but good luck getting that as the only deal if it's less than half. Alimony is the most common thing guys even look for but rarely without any kind of benefit to her will you get. You'd might even be accused of attempt of financial abuse. I know we say I won't but in the real world, no one is the exception or we wouldn't be doing prenups

The whole point of a prenup isn't to take money out of the marriage (except alimony in situations it happened out of incompatibility), it's to make it fair and to make clauses to prevent negligence in a marriage (split equity on selling the home or other combined assets) A prenup where a women gets nothing and infidelity has no penalty sounds shady and could probably get the prenup voided in court if she wasn't working
