Hey, is this sub another white male teen pity-party? I'm just wondering.

You sound like a white male teen.

Let the anger flow out of you. Actually, this is a great opportunity to point out some of your characteristics that might be causing problems in your life (see rant above). I'm not saying you're self-loathing, though. No, I would never say such a thing.

I stumbled in here accidentally, obviously. It just wouldn't feel right responding to you with similar hostility. It would be like kicking an emasculated puppy. Good luck finding yourself, or whatever it is you're looking for.

I've had a wonderful and loving relationship with my so for over 8 years. Sounds like you need to stay dating less worthless women. If can't attract a worthwhile woman, maybe it's you.

When Myn's Ryghts makes front page you guys get fucking rekt. If that doesn't make you question your beliefs, well, I don't know what will.

You need Myn's Ryghts. They are big and strong white Myn, unfairly treated by aberrations such as "le affirmative action" and "hiring minorities." The White Myn is a downtrodden breed, victimized by gender norms and social pressure. But the leader of Myn's Ryghts, Le Holy Neckbeard, will save them from injustice!

I'm not sure why you're getting offended. The topic comes up all of the time, actually. Our executive committee has meetings, and the info gets relayed to the attorneys. They care about changing the results, but it is pretty tough. Without quotas, essentially no minorities or women would be hired at all (for whatever reasons, I'm not making any assertions here). With quotas, the hiring is superficial. This is just how hiring works at the professional level, as people want to work with others tha…

Sure, some people are opposed to "proactive" discrimination, no matter what the reason. As it turns out, those people are not the ones in power, and by all accounts those views are not particularly well represented in Congress. I think the ultra-conservatives are still fighting against affirmative action, but that's about it.
/r/MensRights29/06/15 04:06 PM

Goes both ways, though. We see nepotism and other biases effecting hiring all of the time. AA is just open and obvious. It's law and its easy to nail down and point at. That being said, I work at a law firm and the notion of the "boys club" is so laughably present and in the open its not even funny. I mean, we hire white male attorneys who are not too attractive, and not too graceful as to dent the ego's of the male partners. Annnnnnd then we hire 27 year old supermodel looking women to fill our…

It is absolutely social engineering. I agree. Under very very rare occasions, the courts/lawmakers are able to make laws like AA to serve compelling governmental/social interests. Social equality meets that criteria. The difference is, SCOTUS found the exact opposite what you just said. Congress, the President, SCOTUS... They all agree that women/minorities do not have it demonstrably better. In fact, just the opposite. Look, I don't want to start a flame war. I'm just pointing out that the assu…

Congress, the President, and the Supreme Court all disagree with your analysis. To say that affirmative action was only relevant decades ago sort of ignores the facts that women and minorities are still not even close to proportionately represented in the workforce. Especially in positions of power. I think what you'll find is that there are thousands of "competent" people for any single job. Moreover, most interviewers actually do a horrible job at picking the most competent/adequate (there are…

It's a bit more like affirmative action. I mean, if you actually care to know the policy behind slanted hiring practices, etc. It's just affirmative action to recalibrate representation of men and women. The majority is always harmed during affirmative action.

Alimony judgement is determined by the earning capacity of both parties. Has nothing to do with gender. That's the law.
/r/MensRights26/06/15 10:05 PM

...OK. What about hetero marriages where the Women makes more than the Man? Is she the "husband" in your reality? For the record, the Courts don't use the husband and wife terminology.
/r/MensRights26/06/15 09:18 PM

Huh. That is not actually how it works at all. How did you even come up with this? How it currently works is the court looks to which parent performed most of the house work, which one had better/more employment, which made career sacrifices, etc.

I'm happy that people like you don't make law. For one, sterilization is Unconstitutional as a gov imposed punishment. And for good reason, can you imagine a world where you could just be sterilized for bad behavior? What if rapists were all castrated? In fact, lets cut the hands of thieves! The eyes out of perverts! You're a moron.

"le drinking kool-aid" Lol. Look, I think male rape is serious issue. But come on man, how thick is your neckbeard? Men are overwhelming raped by other men, period. But of course, you have to fight to be the most victim. That's the issue with MRA's: you have a legit plight, but unfortunately your members (you) are absolute lunatics. You're IDENTICAL to Radfems.

Yea, I don't believe that for a second. No reasonable person would believe that.

Lolwut. Are you seriously trying to argue that women rape men as often as men rape other men?
/r/MensRights18/06/15 12:33 AM

That's fair. It happens very, very infrequently in comparison to men being raped by other men. Male rape victims deserve greater attention (the point of the police strategy). The poster still probably isn't relevant to female perpetrators.
/r/MensRights17/06/15 05:31 PM

Surely you realize that the VAST majority of male victims were raped by other men?

Legit question from an outsider - after browsing both of these sub's, I see absolutely no difference between MRA and trp. How would you characterize the difference?

That is the most warped review of Jeremy Kyle I've ever heard. He's a middle-class scumbag that incites hatred against the working poor. He brings in poor people to tell ridiculous stories (fake), and actively encourages his audience to laugh at them. What is wrong with you?

Comments like these make this sub crap, and generally inaccessible to normal people. Stop making it a flame war. You are literally displaying that you're no better than the fictional person you're mocking.

Fair enough. You're English is great. Classicist is a field of study in the Humanities. Classist is sort of a "pop-term," maybe that's why its not technically a word.

Yikes. Sounds like a highschooler's pseudo-sociology. Did you see my point above? This type of thinking is a slippery slope to horrible stereotyping, such as pretty extreme racism. The point of the video isn't to show what types of people are heckling, it's to show that this woman cannot walk around the city without being consistently bothered. Also - "classicists" was a pretty funny slip.

If you can't see why his explanation is childish, then you're part of the problem... (lol) And it would make you a classist bigot. Notice how most of the accosters are black? What if you were to say... you know what I mean. That would make you a bigot as well.

Oh boy, the "this happened because of morally deprived poor people" guy. The outrage over this video is warranted, but your explanation is childish. *Sorry, this popped up on r/all. Didn't notice I was in a hate-reddit!
