Ohh yeah I have a real problem with this, but the worst thing is I like to feel that way( bored, kind of down ). I don't know, I feel so calm in that state of mind. And then suddenly I explode, everything is funny I can't stop laughing. People ask me what drugs I took. But the timing is usually bad. I planned on lisening to the audio while reading the book and stoping every few minutes to take notes. Also have cliffnotes that i want to read after reading the book and then compare to my notes. It will all be finished in 2 months tops. And then I will read the notes every month. And new books.

I know how to preform all the exercises, i used to row. Stopped cuz i needed 3h a day to train and 1h to get there and back. So it was either be a pro or go home kind of thing. I have not read the SS but i think it will be really good if i can get the third day in. I can go on Tuesday and Friday care free. I would love to have some weights at home but i don't even have my room not even imagining a place to store the weight or put any bigger equipment.
