I used to drink 8 cups a day which would lead to me being anxious and too exhausted all the time to do anything. Cutting back to 2 cups in the morning would still leave me feeling anxious most of the day and would end up starting to fall asleep around 7:30. After cutting it out completely I feel much calmer throughout the day and no longer start drifting off after work. I do miss the taste of it, but the cons far outweigh drinking it because it tastes good.

You don't have to get rid of it completely, but you do need to separate it from your identity. No one of value wants to spend their time with someone who talks about nothing but tv, movies, or games. At most those things should be a hobby or pastime.

I added up all my time playing for 3 years and it came out to around 6 full months of playtime. I even cut back my hours at the fast food place I worked so I could play more. Went cold turkey for a year and tried to play a game after that and it was unbearable how much of a waste of time it was.

No-fap could help. Don't feel like you have to keep it up forever though. Just break the cycle that you're in. Another thing to try is drinking more water and taking Vitamin-D. I live in a very overcast area and work inside and felt like shit all the time due to the lack of sun until I started staying hydrated and taking Vitamin-D.

Rent split with my roommate is $450 a month including utilities for a 2bd house with a detached garage and a yard big enough for 2 dogs and 5 chickens. It might not be the prettiest house but I fix what I can on it myself. I may have gotten lucky finding this place but it is doable.
