•a man or woman saying to the opposite sex, "i want to fuck you." it might be crude and offensive to some women, but it is not a crime and the government cannot prohibit it because of the first amendment. not only is there no statement of desire to commit a crime, there's no imminent nature. The government does prohibit sexual harassment in the workplace however. Title VII of the Civil rights act of 1964. Source.

I feel bad for your three year old, having a father who doesn't know how to read. I never stated talking to someone is assault, I stated some people being socially inept doesn't forgive sexual assault. I never mentioned harassment until someone else asked me if talking to someone is assault, which I replied 'no it wasn't.' Send my condolences to your wife.

Lol, what? You miss-ordered my comments, either on purpose or you don't know how comment chains work. My first comment And some people are socially inept that they commit assault while thinking it’s okay. Which was in reply to someone stating people are socially inept. Then Someone replied back with Is talking to someone sexual harassment assault now? To which I replied: That can be sexual harassment. I was not mistaken at all, your comprehension skills were mistaken.

No I didn't. You're confusing what I said. I stated being socially inept doesn't forgive sexual assault. Then another user stated 'talking to someone is sexual assault?' and I stated that it can be harassment, I never said talking to someone was assault. I swear this sub is embarrassing sometimes. Seriously, I never mistook the two. Go back and reread and then get back to me.

Lol holy shit, this reads straight out of a social predators playbook. “How is it my fault she didn’t want my dick when other girls did?!” edit: Oh is this sub the sub all the incels migrated to after their sub got banned?

That can still be sexual assault then. Just because someone is socially inept doesn’t mean they get a free pass.

Nope. If you got out in the real world you'd realize most people aren't like that.

I am a feminist. I believe that women and men deserve equal rights. Do you have a problem with that?

Do you have a reading disability or have you not even read a single one of my comments? Are you're so butthurt about being called out on your bullshit you just keep doubling down. All you have to do is go 'yeah, that story my teacher told us is most likely bullshit. I never really thought about it before."

Lol, you're such a child. So because I proved how wrong you are and how your story is bullshit you think I'm a 'butthurt women's volleyball player?' Obviously you never even read my comment, since I literally stated I played three sports in highschool, including football. You sound like a dude who's mother never hugged him.

IIRC, it was a mini-tournament at a local university. It may have been the NCAA DI womens championship squad from the year before. The point is they were at a much higher level of competition comparatively. They were better than all of the womens teams, so they decided they needed to play men to have tougher competition. High school boys teams were better than them Except EVERY school has some teacher who spouts off this nonsense. The story from one of my high school teachers was the NCAA women'…

What the heck does this have to do with men's rights? This sub jumped the shark a long time ago.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
