And therefore, if they decide to spin this in their favor they get called out on their bullshit. Sounds like a loss for feminism. You can spin nearly anything in your favor with enough bullshit and inconsistency. Does that mean we should stop trying to refute feminists? Fuck no. Your logic is flawed.

Do you have evidence to suggest this?

Have you taken a look at the posts that actually bring attention to issues that men face? Or did you conveniently ignore those ones to fit your narrative.

Discrimination can and does happen to anyone. If there is little evidence towards it, it's obviously smart to be skeptical and show less support for it. When a problem that women as a gender face is exposed to the public, it is taken very seriously. On the other hand, men are constantly and blatantly discriminated against and no one bats an eye.

Newsflash: feminism is the advocacy of women's rights for equality to men.* Nowhere in Feminism's definition does it state that feminism seeks to advance the rights of men. You've mistaken Feminism for egalitarianism.

Didn't know Facebook was a safespace for people to laugh about abusing men. I wonder what the reception would be if I described me beating the shit out of a woman.

What makes you think he knew that throwing her to the ground would give her a concussion? I've seen takedowns of armed targets that used less force than we saw here. That's because the person taking down the armed target isn't a adrenaline pumped teen with little fighting experience. And men should be held to a different standard in fights, because they're physiologically much better equipped to deal with them. So will every woman and man be held to these standards even if the woman is physicall…

You can't kick a baby and claim self defense because a baby is not a rational being that can wager the risks of a physical confrontation. You draw the line on a combination of how intellectually and physically capable your aggressor is. If your aggressor is a teen that knows full well how capable their target is and continues to harass/attack them, knowing their light jabs will hurt them without receiving backlash, then they are at fault for instigating.

No, because self defense really isn't a fault.

So what should he have done in that situation? It's easy to "cherry-pick" in hindsight because it's always 20/20. Would you prefer he had done nothing and let a violent teen that is entirely capable of knocking him out just beat on him because it makes him more of a man? Or would you prefer a perfectly executed leg sweep followed up by catching her before she fell on her head? Please elaborate on why you think all males are combat-ready in their teens and should know how to exert the exact amoun…

It's easy to cherry-pick a teenager's decision-making in a situation like that and label them the fuckup. I would say he handed that perfectly well by putting down the aggressor and backing away. If you know someone is physically stronger than you, then you should never be picking a fight with them period. Males should also not be held to a higher responsibility in a fight just because they are stronger on average.

Likely got removed by mods like most controversial posts from this sub. It's sad though, because that post created discussion and attention to a topic that is grossly unnoticed.

How do you explain the countless anti-feminist females? Yes, women tend to be the more emotional gender, though that shouldn't completely sway their logical thought process and moral compass. The main attraction to feminism and the reason so many women are in the movement is because it appeals to their gender.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
