It's not just false positives. There are similar principles plaguing breast cancer screenings as PSA for prostate and Pap smears for cervical cancer.

PSA screening is a terrible practice. Over-treatment of positive PSAs and lesions after discovery is more detrimental than doing nothing at all. This is because there are self limiting lesions on the prostate that never become metastatic and further more some of the lesions can spontaneously remiss. All the meanwhile these same lesions can produce PSAs which are just as detectable in testing. Leading to further stress and complications from severe burden and treatment.

Genital mutilation further degenerates society as seen in other communities. Something so vile should not be legally permitted in a functional society. It further divides the lines between sex, gender, and intersectional paradigms. Men with breasts and women with penises sew confusion and divide in these biological concepts and children in that community become more influenced. Solution is to completely eradicate it and disallow it by following up with sever punishment.
