I believe in some things for rape shield ... like past sexual partners, but why if the accused takes a lie detector test and passes how is it wrong not to ask the accuser to take one. Not saying it would prove guilt or innocent, but it can be used as a tool to get to the truth.

The screenshot and the text are authentic. The teen posted it on her twitter and the people who believe in him and refuse to stop fighting for this young man's freedom found it. The depths of the case are unbelievable as there were witnesses to what really happened, but the prosecution made it sound like they were lying and didn't see it. The reasoning why the lie even started is just as bizarre. Teen didn't wasn't mother to find out she spent weekend with her boyfriend so she discribed 2 random…
